Not clean, service isn't great, had a big problem in my booking duo to a systematic problem in the hotel's system. Only advantage is the location, being about 5 mins walk from the Haram.

Very disappointing experience. There was no housekeeping or room cleaning throughout the stay. Basic amenities like drinking water were not provided, and no other services were offered either. The housekeeping staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful when approached. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room NO 1010

The distance of the hotel was exceptional. During our check in, the receptionist cannot speak english at all. however, there were one person named Muhammad, which been assisting us during the check in. We were given the first room, however we didn't like the orientation of the room and ask to change room and they responded really fast and offered us to change for the second room and it was fabolous.
